This allowed us to contain over 87% of Cactus Extract in our Cactus Toner Pads. With special exfoliation ingredients such as Witch Hazel Extract (Hamamelis Virginiana) and Allantoin that effectively wipe off waste to start your skincare routine while Centella Asiatica (Cica) Extract strengthens and heals the skin.
